Yes, I am currently in-network with Aetna, and Carelon. I am partnered with Headway for billing insurance.
Please be advised to contact your health plan for the most up-to-date information on your copay and deductible. It is your responsibility to keep track of health insurance eligibility and any charges incurred if your coverage has changed or lapsed without notifying me in advance.

If you are not in-network, I can also provide a superbill once a month.

As part of my services, if you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand otherwise it is a $100 charge for late cancels.
No-shows will be charged at full session rate depending on insurance payout.

The length of time therapy can take depends on your goals, commitment, desire for personal development, and the factors that are driving you to seek therapy in the first place.
To start, I recommend going once a week in order to gain and maintain steady progress. Once the foundation has been set, we evaluate cadence to see if longer spaced out sessions will best benefit you. If symptoms are severe, sometimes I may recommend going twice a week.
And no, you don’t have to go to therapy for the rest of your life. The point of my support is so that eventually you will not need me anymore. :
